I like some of them but some vampire mangas are fails.
But I love Kaname from VK anf Abel from trinity blood and Duzzel from vampire Game he's adorable.

Alucard from Hellsing. Because he is a badass.
I've only seen a handful of anime with vampires in them(vampire knight, trinity blood, blood +, and rosario vampire, methinks), and no one really stands out from any of them.

Strauss from Record of the Fallen Vampire. He is such a Gary Sue but I love him anyway! It's so sad everything he had to go through, and even at the end I couldn't help but wish that paranoid holy knight had just died so that Strauss wouldn't have had to go though all that torture for so long.

Duzell/ Duzie from Vampire Game. He's so adorable, even back in his original form, and I thought it was sooo cute how he got reborn.

Cadis Etrama Di Raizel from Noblesse. He's a worse Gary Sue than Strauss is but I love him anyway. It's probably because of how adorable he is when he's faced with modern technology.

Karin from Chibi Vampire. I know she fails at being a vampire but I can't help but love how awkward she is and I feel for her with what her family decide to do to her in the end.

Yamada Shintarou and his Papa from Kampai! Both of them are so outrageous that I can't help but laugh every time I read their manga.

Myra from Vampire to Shinigami. It was only a one shot but it was really cute.
