Lucky me, this is finals week and I'll have time after that until the end of the contest to work on this. o:
Silent, it says you can submit as many entries as you like. It's near the end of the first post. :3 <3
You may submit as many entries as you like.
The same user can win both a prize in the Traditional Art and Digital Art category, but never more than one prize in the same category.

I think that it'd be traditional art and it'd be allowed as long as it's done cleanly. :3 Not scribbled in or something.
