Well, I'm from Poland, but I mostly role-play in English, even though it's my second language. XD
I don't even know why.
I just started this way and that's how it stayed. XD
Although these days I don't role-play much. :<

There was no activity in it, though, only the first post, and the maker hasn't logged on in months. ^^'
I saw it recently, because someone bumped it up. They probably didn't see the creation date. o:

Sure. Well I'm sure you'll get people to stop by. I know I will. It's probably just best to start fresh in that case. I've only recently tried to get into role playing again; problem is I don't have any original characters to work with.
I am having a little trouble breaking into it again. Much has changed. @__@
I think the issue is characters for me. x3 Not good.

I also want this to be a place where people can find a role-playing partner for a 1x1 or role-players for groups.
I'm going to make a kind of search center on the first page.
Eventually. XD
It would be hard to do there, what with the issue of the absent owner. XD
Maybe you just haven't found the right plot, and that's why it's difficult to make new characters~.
I have a few set OCs, sure, but I make quite a lot of modifications for them in every role-play I use them in. :o
So you might just need to find a plot that really interests you. :) }}

That may be the case. What sorts of stories do you tend to go for? I was working with a couple of my own OC's for a story I really wanted to write. Wren and myself have been doing a long term RP between the two of us. Before that I was in a yahoo group, but they didn't like me there, and didn't allow my character to participate in any of their stories. So I quit that. ^^;
Just curious, do you use reference images?

...I don't like romance to be the focus of the whole role-play, though.
Aside for that, I suppose everything would go, as long as there was an interesting plot. :3
Although I must say that I feel best in a modern fantasy setting. o:

They weren't any fun anyway. x3
I can't say that I've focused on romance in stories, but then I like throwing people off with the types of characters I'd play. I know I have been asked to play along with the slash pairings before. Anything that's using imagination like that can be fun.
I'm hoping to maybe commission, I used to draw but I haven't been into it much lately. I think one of my other issues is coming up with a reference of sorts.
