It is among the cheapest items in Purikura.
I guess "expensive" depends on how much food you have and how much you are willing to work for it, but in comparison to other Purikura items the border is not expensive at all.

I'm not really a backgrounds person, but the headband is very lovely. Gray white version is a must have.

Ah I should have expected the border to be "expensive"
Firn is right though, it still is among the cheapest in Purikura
that's probably why I abuse cheap and free backgrounds xD
