Nah, repeating puns isn't any good. Repeating any kind of joke isn't any good, for that matter :mcdead:
Surely there must be more merry puns than that! :mcglee:

True that. Even something funny isn't funny after the first time *nods thoughtfully*

Knock knock!
Who's there?
Merry!
Merry who?
Merry Christmas
(except it's an ill timed pun because it's not Christmas, it's the Caravan and it's gonna be Easter soon but well)

Well, yesterday a passenger wished me a happy New Year's Eve, so I guess it's not not that ill-timed :mclaugh:

I really have no idea! I've been wondering my head off since it happened. When she got on my bus she already went "Oh, I'm so happy you're driving! Thank you so much! You have no idea how happy I am that the bus is here! I'm so happy!" and when she got off she did it again, so I just said "Well ma'am, that's what we're here for, glad to be of service!" and she responded with "Ah, that's what you say, but you have no idea how important this was. Have a happy New Year's Eve!". I was so dumbfounded I missed the next stop. And I'm still clueless to this point. :qlol:

Now I'm doubly curious because I'm not just curious about her saying it was New Year's Eve but why the bus ride was so important. :mcconf:

I know right! The only thing I can think of is that she was crazier than she looked. Or she just won a gigantic amount of money, since I picked her up near a casino. But in that case, she ought to have tipped me I guess :mclaugh:

I LAUGHED SO MUCH I CAN'T EVEN

I think it's likely she doesn't perceive or experience reality the same way, so maybe she is crazier than she looked.
Or maybe it's magical realism and nonlinear time >.>
You guessed right I'm a liberal arts student <.<

If it's any of that, I need her to tell me how she travels through the space-time continuĆ¼m. A time-traveling, realm-hopping citybus would beat a certain phone box anytime! :qlol:

So what exactly does such a student study?

Lol that reminded me of the Knight Bus :qt:

A broad range of subjects. So social sciences, natural sciences, arts, math and logic, a dabbling of fine art. The idea is that disciplines aren't that separate from each other, because whatever you're studying, you're studying about the world. Basically the opposite of superspecialisation (which is cool too, it depends on the purpose for which you're studying. Like is it for vocational purposes? For getting into academia? For yourself?) I don't know if I made sense :mcheh: but in liberal arts it's a lot of philosophizing about the disciplines themselves. So it's a lot of abstraction lol.
