I liked Nawat Crow in the Trickster duo by Tamora Pierce. Aly, also.

Crowley and Aziraphale from Good Omens, Claire from Summon the Keeper, and Aidan from A Net of Dawn and Bones (if you haven't read it, you really should.)

Anyone familiar with these characters will probably notice that I like the snarky, sarcastic type.

I know and enjoy all of those except the last one.

(And Aziraphale I would not have considered snarky, lol... although I really enjoyed that bit about Angels dancing on the head of a pin being answerable only if the dance in question is a gavotte.)

I have a lot of favorites some are bad guys, some are good. One of them is Daenerys Targaryen she is so awesome.

I like Gabriel Allon from the Daniel Silva books, too. He's far less bombastic than most action-thriller heroes, and I really appreciate that!

One of my favorite characters is Tessa Grey. She's from a prequel series called The Infernal Devices. Sequel to the series is The Mortal Insturments series. Anyway!

She's tough, but she's also gentle. She can kick ass in a fight if needed. Shes a very well read person. One of her quotes I fell in love with is "Be careul of books and whats inside them, for words have the power to change us."

She's quite fascinating!

Also, Magnus Bane from The Mortal Insturments. He's a bisexual warlock, sarcastic, loving, and tough. He's quite an interesting character and I fell in love with him easily.
