I would definitely do the first, but not the second. It takes a lot for me to hate a person, so if I hate them they've definitely earn it and I would not want an awful person benefiting from my sacrifice and the sacrifice of my family.

I really don't want the recognition. I'd really like to say that I would if someone else gets the recognition, but I do think I might chicken out. I won't know until I'm in such a situation, I suppose.
