I'm nervous about the new Trigun remake- the original was so unique. I hope they do it justice.

I'll honestly try to watch anything so long as it is Dubbed, though I really don't like animes that focus on obvious, low hanging fruit fanservice.

It's an eclectic mix, but nothing tops Food Wars

I like slice of life and iyashikei. I'm also fond of villainesses and the whole entering a story and going against the plot trope.

Very avant garde I guess. My favorite genres are a mix of fantasy, adventure, comedy
mystery and psychological. I'm also a sucker for esthetics. Going by Myanimelist (copy paste)

I can never remember what it's called but I really love that anime about the biology of our bodies. Like, the white blood cells are a character. That and the food one. :)
