I can't find his arm anywhere :(

as much as id hate to ask i would love a little hint on the arm location.

Loving the new event, though finding the arm is a tad annoying (I guess that's because I dont spend a lot of time on here)

I need flowers and I never find things around the site and I don't have a Knuffle to dig.

Edit - It won't let me give them to the skeleton. The only option is 'I don't have that many flowers.' :(
