ohhh how messy? XD

There are some changes, which will require writing coordinated rules... and I'm quite sure not all the teachers in my department are gonna agree at certain points - such as evaluation.
I would like some things to change, but I know some of my colleagues won't.

oh? and how come these changes are needed?

Because they passed a new law.
Politics like to pass education laws every few years. Just to say they did.
They never really change anything of importance (I mean, we are having the same structure we always had, schools are so out-of-date!) but they make changes in terminology, changes in the aspects which must be documented, they request us to use a new format in the (tons of) documentation we have to write, etc.
It's quite annoying.

Also they are gonna make some changes to the university entrance exams (something like tha SAT) but they have not decided which ones, so we don't know and we can't teach our students according to that information.
It's, well, messy.

We are quite used to it, I mean I have only been teaching a little more than a decade and I've seen several of these already :/
