Would sorting by oldest/newest in DAC be possible such as with our wardrobe?
I've had less time to visit, and new items get added frequently but they are difficult to find unless you actually know what they are called imo. For example, when the new donut (?) shop was added, I looked at it briefly, but once it was gone I didn't know what the items were anymore except that they were somewhere in DAC, but not easily found without their names.
So I think being able to sort by newest would be a good way to see what some of these new items are, especially if they are released in large amounts (like with Knuffel item updates).

I know that Useffel isn't technically associated with Kofk, so it's passing doesn't require any new features from Kofk. But many users, including myself, came to rely on it to keep the Selling Forum alive.
I think that any feature that would encourage more activity within the Selling Forum would lead to a more active community overall. That need for back and forth communication greatly increases a person's likelihood to log in multiple days in a row, and once they're here, all of the other features Firn and Starkard have developed can encourage them to stay.

Adding to this, it would be cool to get an idea of how much things sell for. Wouldn't have to be lifetime sales - maybe limited to the past year to save server space, or just the past 3 sales or something like that. Cause I have no idea how much anything is worth anymore XD

I agree with Julies suggestion for a selling tray/list !
My suggestion is..
maybe adding a small fp reward for voting on avatars for the contest?
I'm a little hesitant to say it cause it'd be a bit depressing if it caused
alot of people voting on multiple alts and not voting honestly, but I notice
alot of people mentioned how they forget to vote, and I do as well.
Checking the number of votes last results ranged from 47 to 63 where
as some months had 200 votes ; _ ; and someone mentioned there
being a requirement for at least 40 votes to even rank or something.
Another idea I had is maybe a Chore system!
Where it gives you a list of activities and they reward you for completeing
them. Daily chores and monthly chores, for things like posting, voting,
digging (...could reward happy pills? ;v; ), umm... feeding (yours, others),
changing avatar, buying items, anything really I'm just
throwing ideas out there! Or it could be something simplier like a stamp
card for posting/something/anything x amount of times that rewards
you after you fill it with something. Or an adoption stamp card!
and the stamp cards would clear every month.. 
aha..
Really, I just love those kind of things ... feels so rewarding to fufill...

There is no such crazy requirement.
Also, I would like to point out that things like 200 votes only happened in the very first months when this feature was new in 2011.
After that, for 5 years straigth, the numbers have been pretty much even. I compared all of the months of September and it was around 70 votes in 2016, 80 in 2015, 70 in 2014, 60 in 2013, 100 in 2012.

Oh phew, when I heard about that I was really worried!!
Ooh, yeah, One of the few times I placed was when it was
200 votes and so I guess my mind was just defaulting
back to that concept rather than an accurate judgement.
Well thats a weight off my shoulders..

Don't worry. I don't think there was ever an avatar submitted to the art contest that didn't make it into the voting.

Thats good;; I always enter a little late and after hearing
the minimal requirement in order to rank for the avatar contest,
I was a little worried that my entries hadn't a chance.

Maybe there could be a reminder at the end of the month that voting is about to end?
An announcement like the ones for the treasure trove, with a link to the voting and maybe some pictures of entries or last month's winners?
