I will probably cut back eventually but my savings were wiped out and I really need to recoup that before I'll feel secure enough to relax.
Also it is distracting.
Which is good.
Too tired to grieve is a real thing! Yay for coping mechanisms!
I'm sending you hugs as well.
Don't forget to rest and eat and drink water. :qh:

Take care of yourself, Li Li.
That's what matters the most :qh:

Same

I've recently moved and driving to and from work is now causing a fair amount of anxiety...I don't think it would be nearly as bad if I still had my old car. My new one is an older used car than what my chevy cruze was and doesn't drive as smoothly, but it was given to me for free when I really needed a new vehicle after wrecking my chevy, so I can't complain too much.

I'm joining the work/sleep club.
I didn't think it'd be this bad but I tend to wake up a lot earlier than I need to on workdays and I end up moving around all day and then I spend my days off just recovering from that.

My shifts have increased too. Which isn't a bad thing, I need the money but it's still tiring.

Sorry to hear you are struggling, people v_v

I am feeling exhausted but at least I'll have days off next week.
I really really need them!

I'm joining the work/sleep bandwagon too, lol. Except more like the work-and-spend-hours-trying-to-sleep-to-accidentally-wake-up-super-early team...

@Ms_Zuralli, hopefully you'll get used to it soon!

Wait, you wake up early accidentally too? What's the biggest factor to my exhaustion. I could easily sleep two more hours and not be late to work and yet my brain just can't seem to comprehend that.

I do that too.
Specially when there is something in my head I can't help thinking about.
Which may be something meaningless, mind you, it does not have to be anything important - just something which is not routine.
