That's a bummer.
Ugh! I have heartburn. I took something for it and it's helping, but little by little.

I take omeprozole every so often to keep heartburn away.. doc said don't take it every day cause it causes frail bones =w=

I take Tums. It helps. I don't seem to have the chest pains of gas build up today.

If I start feeling the burn of the bile starting to build up I start taking the meds x-x

I try to too. But more often or not I'm busy with other things and don't get to them till it's too late.
