You should see if they have any charter call centers where you are. It's a great place to work. And the benefits are amaaazing.

You do. But it's a lot easier than it sounds. I thought I would hate this job but I actually really like it.
I still don't like talking on the phone but it ain't nearly as bad when I'm working. Since a lot of the stuff you say is a script. It's mostly memorization.

And there is a million years of training so you actually feel mostly prepared before you talk to anyone. lol.

texting is ok.. voice chatting with PC is ok... but phones.. no.. I hate phones ;n;

You do get a head set so it's a little different. lol
