So I was taking my bowl out to the kitchen to rinse out then soak when I heard a knock at the door. I saw no one but I figured "maybe there's a package out there and someone wanted to alert me to it."
Nope. It was the deaf girls going up the stairs.. and I swear... Half the time I think they aren't deaf. I open my door, and I see their legs disappearing upstairs and I hear them burst out laughing. They knocked on my door and laughed about it when I opened my door like kids playing ding dong ditch.
Oh well... hate my neighbors..
Well the sweet girl across the hall that has a dog smaller than my oldest cat.. her apartment has 2 notices on her door. One is from animal control claiming animal abuse and want to be left in, and another is from the landlady a hand written inspection notice. (still no letter head phone number or anything professional..)

I took some trash out and got a pic of it.. like.. seriously unprofessional and more like a bully.
Now I'm scared she might target my place for inspection next.. though their inspection might have to do more with their pet issue.. =/
I wonder if that terrible cat pee smell came from them that one day... =/ it was terrible.
