Exactly, right?My parents are pretty stingy with complements, too. It's like, because I'm a good child, if I do something bad, that's out of the norm. If I do well, that's the norm. I need to be phenomenally good out of my norm in order for it to be noticed. And I'm also pretty bad at taking complements so my parents stopped a little, too.I'm like that, too. The first two guys didn't work out because they said they were okay with me not having sex with them but then turns out they thought I didn't mean it.

Its not a bad decission to wait until you're married but it will be a difficult challenge and most men aren't willing to go with it. Before me and wes had sex for the first time he would always complain about how his friends always had sex with their girlfriends, why couldn't he. Luckily for him I eventually began to want to try it too but I was mostly afraid he would leave me for his ex if I didn't do it with him eventually. He wasn't planning to do that all though so I had just worried myself over nothing.
My mom uses me to brag basically and if she can't do that then I don't really get complements.

My guy seems like the type who doesn't mind
he says he's content with just being with me
and doesn't ask for anything more

I can guess pretty well what you mean ( we probably did them all too) and it took him 8 months before he got really persistant with wanting sex. Sadly for him I forced him to settle for other things until we were together for over a year.

lol, yeah, i used to do it and not be a problem
but with school it's just doesn't happen anymore

Like this comment i made about the hunger games
I LOVED the book, and made sure i read it before the movie
but i just recently found that one of the characters that i love the most
(Cinna) was made by a black person, instead of what i thought he looked like

Actually I predicted Cinna to look just like the way he did in the movie except a little more clean cut.
