My brother and I played the original sims a lot before I started high school (gosh that was so long ago). I spent many many hours on there and I enjoyed the fact that they didn't age. I remember receiving Sims 2 and having no idea how building homes work that I gave up.

Oh, the home is very simple. I like the open outdoor area you have but I can't help but think that everything would get wet when it rained. Haha.

I'm so sad. I missed out on 4 wishlist items that popped up when I went to bed. *sulks

I've played some of just the sims, then sims 2. I played a lot of 3 and now 4.

There are guides online now xD

haah there's half a roof on it. It looked bit odd if I did the whole thing roofed.

aw that sucks :(

I had 27 pm's of wishlist items.. but way overpriced.

Also my number is 4

Ah, I tried the link again in a different browser and there it worked. Looks nice, small but practical. I like the outdoor area! I always liked having large terraces on some floors, the actual building area getting smaller with each floor, so that you only need a small roof in the end but still have a lot of space in the house. Big roofs just look odd in sims (at least they did in 2) to me :D

I remember watching youtube videos about how to get certain things that weren't directly supported in building sims houses :D (Like pools in a cellar and things like that, I believe)

I think I never really played the original sims, I started with 2. Maybe a little with friends, but I never had it myself. So maybe that's why 2 is just the one that feels right to me ;)

Aw, Poshi, I hate when that happens... It's always so sad when you're like "sure, I would gladly have paid that if I had just been awake"... So frustrating!

Oh, I want to play the number game, too! Since I was rambling on about how I like sims 2 best, I think I'll pick 2 and hope it'll be my lucky number ;)

Basements were there from the start in sims 4. It's just pools and toddlers that came later but still for free.

I feel sims 4 is a bit like 2 in a way. I just tired of fans asking for the saame stuff from 3 and then saying 3 is better... well why don't you go play 3 instead.

Today's number is 1. Now that there are two people playing, someone might win. I think River has had a bit of bad luck xD

I did notice your roof was very flat. I've been watching a lot of videos on making tiny homes, now I want to build my own tiny home. lol

What's the difference between 2, 3 and 4 then?
I think they introduced ageing in 2 and that's all I remember.

Yeah it's a flat roof. I'm terrible at the other ones.

I'm not quite sure on all the differences but 2 and 4 are closed world. 3 is open and has the colour wheel and pattern options in CAS and build.

I thought 4 was opened? *confused.

I see people visiting museums and other facilities in the town.

Well, you could visit places in 2 as well, but in 3 you actually have your sims walking everywhere around town instead of just calling a taxi, loading screen, now you're in the new location.

The color wheel is gone? That was the one thing I really enjoyed about 3 :(
But if you say 4 feels more like 2 overall, maybe I'd like it better than 3. Dang, now I wanna play Sims :D

Nah it's closed technically.

Colour wheel is back for cats and dogs. But that's not till november 10.

There is a colour chooser as such. I do miss the colour wheel though.

Well tbh you'd have to play 4 yourself to see if you'd like it. I will say it is better with the ep's and packs. I have all the ep's and game packs and most stuff packs.

Oh, right right. Walking everywhere sounds fun but I imagine it takes them forever. The sun would set by the time they get anywhere. I mean, it takes them 40 minutes to eat a bowl of cereal xD

What's the colour wheel for?
