i remember watching some older series of Digimon and Pokemon and not minding the dub. Beyblades too. gosh i loved Beyblades at one point, my faves were Kai and Rei.......8U

Kai was mah boi.. and I use to have some of the bayblade toys.. All I have left of those now are the beast bits and the magnets you stick under the battle stadiums =/

I just saw the Trigun Stampeed trailer. According to some people, it looks like its based before the original tv show. Like a prequel or something. So many people are hating on it.

"Ew CGI" I have no opinions on this yet. I'd rather watch the show and judge the CGI. Most of it didn't look half bad though.

"His hair isn't right!" I think it looks nice... o3o I like it better than his old hair style to be honest.

"He's too pretty!" o3o he.. was always pretty.... he just looks younger?

"He looks like a K-pop person" .. I'd go for J-rock but yea... what evs...

I need to read the manga. I dunno if its like FMA and then FMA Brotherhood where the first one was awesome, and the second one was just as good but followed the manga better.

Dubs.
I've grown up with them, here everything is dubbed and we have great voice actors. So the dubs quality is usually very good.
But I've learned to love watching the original version, I dunno, that's the way the show was originally intended to sound like, so I enjoy it a bit more.

Wrong thread, sorry.

The dubs of old were good. The characters sounded alive. These days, they sound... like someone's just reading a script and not putting emotion into what they're reading.

When you have that lifeless voice acting going on, it even makes the good voice actors who try down and makes them sound like fake emotion.

So when dubs that are good or even perfect surface (Yuri on Ice for ex.) in this day and age.. I treasure them.

Ahhhh Did I tell you guys?!!!

Yesterday morning, Sebas jumped up into the cat tree, got his tail wrapped around the window blinds cord. It wasn't a tight wrap either, just a loose wrapping that slides off with the flick of the tail... on a normal day...

Well that flick of the tail... the blinds broke! The hard plastic piece that goes into the wall brackets snapped and the blinds came down! All because Sebas lightly pulled at the cables!

I suppose it won't be hard to repair, but hey, what a silly way to break ^^;

I was headed out to feed everyone when it happened..
Poor Sebas was right there and they nearly fell on him. His tail was so poofed out, he looked like a longhair'd cat =/


I dunno if I want them repaired.. I think I want a new replacement.

Poor Sebas, surely he was so scared!


I don't know, sometimes you can just replace one of the pieces and that's it.
It's a bit more of work but much less expense than replacing the whole thing.
