Vancouver isn't too bad in terms of cold. I mean, during winter olympics back in 2010, it was so warm that there weren't any snow for the games lol

That's so awesome. I love cuddly cats.

I buried my face in a cat's belly on Christmas morning. It was a good Christmas. She tolerated me for a few minutes but walked away, though. I just want the kitty love!

Hmm, apparently they do eat fruit. I didn't know this until now. I figured they ate small animals like squirrels, mice, rats, and chihuahuas. I haven't seen drunk coyotes, no.

Bears give the best hugs. That's why they call it bear hug! *disclaimer: please don't try to hug bears. They're dangerous. Cute, but dangerous.*

No, I haven't seen that video. And I think I'll probably try to get away if I get pepper-sprayed instead of sticking around wreaking havoc and risk getting pepper-sprayed more.

Damn. Someone should take them away and spay and neuter them.

Aw, poor dog. He just wanted to hang out and share in your adventures!

Whoa, that's cool. I guess people visiting relatives during breaks? Boyfriend and I were in Seattle for Boxing day and then I came back up by myself while he went off to go on a climbing camping trip. He's in Nevada tonight with his BC license plate.

Really? Is it pretty there 8u?
I, uh, freeze at 30°F (1.111°C) and below xD

My Kiri is snuggly. But I think she just likes me because of my big boobs.
She'll lie down on me and knead my boobs and get comfy.
I bet if I was flat, she'd go find someone else that's more comfortable 8,u

>XD
Not the kitty belly uB
That's right. Cats only tolerate us 8u

Bears hug you to death 8u

They do need to be spayed and neutered.
I wish I could take them.
I don't have extra money for that, though.
We got Hyde and Saya done and Kiri's too old.
The clinic told me they don't spay cats over 10 years old.

I suppose so. That's a longass trip, though xD
Is Seattle nice?

I seriously have only left my state once for a few months.
Never been anywhere else outside of Texas and I've only been to a few big cities here.

Well, the city ain't too pretty, but the more rural areas with forests are quite pretty if I do say so myself. Burnaby was probably my favourite place to live in, what with proximity to the city while still having a lot of nature. So convenient, yet so pretty. This week, we're having highs of 9°C and lows of -2°C (48°F to 28°F) in Burnaby. It's right at the cusp for ya, eh? Though the lows would be mostly early mornings/nights so you wouldn't be out in it, most likely. The worst you'd have to watch out would be the ice that's in the shades and thus didn't quite melt when the temperature rose during the day. Plus, Burnaby's on a mountain so if you were to choose somewhere lower, like Vancouver proper or New Westminster you'd be slightly warmer.

lol maybe you could bind them down as an experiment.

YES the kitty belly. She's so soft. And she tolerates it. Not like my boyfriend's roommate's cat, who loves all pets except tummy rubs.

Aw, that's too bad. Odd that they wouldn't spay Kiri, though. What happens if she gets menstruation? Or has she gone past Cat menopause?

Yeah, odd they wouldn't just rent a car down there. Maybe they were on a road trip to begin with.

I like Seattle. I love their music scene, though I didn't get to see any shows while I was there this time. We were mostly in the touristy places, though. We went to the fish market, saw them toss fish around a couple of times, and I had to convince my boyfriend not to buy me a $50 butterfly-wing pendant (it was very pretty, all iridescent blue; but $50 USD is way too expensive for a necklace that I'll probably never wear, since I never wear any jewelry to begin with), ate some sandwiches at a reasonably priced cafe, went on the underground city tour (the tour guide was hilarious: "You can tell this photo is from before the great fire because you see all these buildings? Can you see what they were made of?"
"Wood!"
"Right! And now they are?"
"Stone!"
"Gone.") and ate at an expensive sushi restaurant. They had green tea creme brulee, though, which was awesome. The hotel we stayed at was pretty old looking, but not like dilapidated but like, it has character and traditions, you know? For an American building. lol Still pretty old for me, since I've only ever been to Canada and urban Korea where all buildings are less than 100 years old.

I don't like to travel very often (my skin tends to freak out after I travel) but I've been to a few places. I mean, I was born in Korea, I've been to both Disneyworld and Disneyland in the US, I've been to Mexico a couple of times, and I've been to Montreal and Toronto. I'll basically tag along if I get invited but it wouldn't be my first choice of how I spend my free time.

I really would like to live somewhere that gets snow, but not SNOW.
But Oregon seems nice. Something rural is always enticing.
But I guess because I'm fat, I don't get as cold as I used to.
Hell, 50 degrees felt awesome the other day xD

I don't even have to bind them. She wouldn't let Alyssa hold her until Alyssa started growing boobs.
Now Kiri will snuggle with her.
XD
She's a HO >>

Mine doesn't like her legs and stomach being touched.
She'll just immediately snap at you.
Saya loved belly rubs, though 8,u

I actually thought cats stopped going into heat when they get old.
But that's not true. She didn't go into heat for a while, but she started again.
I was going to make an appointment for her at the animal clinic, but they said they don't take cats over 10 years old. I guess it's because she's elderly and the surgery might kill her?
But she has not been in heat for a long time.

That all sounds exciting 8U
I've actually only seen a fish market once and it was about 6 hours away.

I don't like leaving my home much so that makes it hard to enjoy traveling.
But I see so many cool things people have around the world and I'm just sitting here as some lonely pathetic hick that has never done anything 8,u
It's like "OH MAN I LOVE DEM FANCY MOVING PICTURES Y'ALL HAVE 8B"

lol that's great. Meanwhile, the older I get, the less I can tolerate the cold. My coworkers and boyfriend's family are always making fun of me for dressing up like an eskimo.

lol what a perverted cat.

Yeah, boyfriend's sister-in-law's cat will let you pet her wherever. But she's pretty aloof and will walk away from people she doesn't know after a couple of pets. Boyfriend's roommate's cat will not let you pet her on the tummy but she'll rub her head on anybody and everybody. Including beans.

Well, good. But I was asking about periods, you know? Because I heard that part of spaying will actually make the periods stop? I don't know. Maybe I was misinformed.

I guess you're not on the coastal part of Texas, eh?

lol yeah, I enjoy travelling for like, a day, and then I miss all the conveniences of my home. And then I come home and I start getting all these rashes and it's like, oh god why did I ever leave.

The game prize was taken down and replaced due to lack of interest. The new game prize is: Image

My cat gets cold easily and she loves snuggling. She just likes you to be comfortable 8u

My Hyde...I pet him a lot and when I stop, he nuzzles my hand for more pets.
But he shows no joy when I pet him.
He just sits there and stares into the distance.
But apparently he likes it because he won't let me stop xD

I...have never seen her bleed. Cat periods are the same as human periods oO
I'd seen my female dogs bleed, but not my cat.

I'm in the middle of Texas 8u

Nah, girl. She just a ho with a fetish for boobs. Like me.

Aw. Maybe it's calming for him. Or maybe he thinks it's his job.

So maybe she's already gone through cat menopause, then?

Yeah, maybe if you were closer to the coast you'd see more fish markets.

Wait, I knew cats had very frequent oestrus cycles but I thought they didn't have menstruation like humans? That there shouldn't be much, if any, blood?

Now I'm confused.

ZIA! I was worried about you because you haven't posted in a while 8,u

I....try not to look at animal genitals, so I'm not the most credible source 8,u

Kiri started grooming us oO
She was grooming herself and then started licking my shirt.
I told her no and she groomed herself again.
I bent my head down and she started licking and nibbling on my head.
She was GROOMING ME.
Then kept licking herself and my shirt and my face.
Then yesterday, she did it to Alyssa's head and licked her face.

Awww, such a caring kitty!
