Gather in that element. So you can do any of the options in wind and you'll get some event currency.

You can also brew some in Baldwin's cauldron thing.

And you can find it inn the colosseum sometimes.

Digging in Wind can also give you a chance for event chests, where gathering in any area with Wind Element just gets you the currencies.
