Between my depression, and my need to be in a mood to clean... and then if my knees and back aren't hurting.... dishes pile up fast even when I SWEAR I don't use any... >:x

I need a dishwasher.

That and I hate doing dishes.. =w= my mental illnesses work with me and against me in that aspect... x'D

Hate going up to the mailbox when my knee hurts but those were important papers. =/

And mailman was super late today. Today's saturday, mailman is normally here by Noon-1PM on saturdays... =/

why so much takeout? tbh, i'm not too big a fan of takeout....i prefer home cooking to takeout...xD;; especially when chinese takeout food has much stronger tastes.......8U

well at first it was because the meat i put out was taking forever to thaw.
Thawing it out in the microwave makes things have a rubbery taste and letting water run over it doesn't work for me because 1. it takes forever and i can't stand there all that time waiting, and 2. if i leave the sink and let the water run over the meat, sebas gets into it and then its no good regardless.

With how hot its been, letting it sit out makes it go bad. so it had to thaw out in the fridge which took a few days.

So after the meat thawed i had my bell peppers and beef stirfry...

then today i wasn't feeling good.
All that stress over the computer hit me hard today and made me sick. Managed not to puke but still the IBS was being a brat.. and the stomach was doing flipflops. it was 5PM by the time i felt well enough to eat anything.

thawing takes a long time? really? 8U i mean, some meats take longer to thaw but it doesn't usually take THAT long...xD;;

putting the meat in a bowl of water works......8U you can keep it in the packaging or take it out. and you can also put all that in the fridge i think. the water would help.

Thawing can take a long time indeed.
Well, I usually thaw everything in the fridge, so it goes even more slowly.
Which requires planning ahead but that's ok with me. At today's lunch I would decide what to thaw for tomorrow's.

Even if left in its packaging sebas still gets at it. A bowl of water won't stop him. Dude, we're talking about the cat that will tear through 5-6 bags to get to the meat flavored pads that are on the bottom of the meat packages. =/

It takes 2-3 days to thaw meat in the fridge. I had put the meat in the fridge on sunday to let it thaw. My original plan was to have chicken patties, chicken fries, french fries, and/or ramen soup during the days that I wait...
Then the tower thing happened and ended up too upset, panicked and sick to cook for most of the week. =3=
