I collect so much (both online as in real life) that I should probably consider it borderline obsessive. :}

I need a room just to store everything I've gotten
Mostly unicorns and crafting supplies lol

I want to pick up some gouache and dabble, because apparently I've been sleeping on what is probably the perfect medium for me for decades now <3

@mem: I hope you are feeling better *hugs* I know managing things like this can be tricky from personal experience. DBT therapy was one of the main things that helped me eventually get off meds, but I know that in some cases the chemicals will always be that way. I'm glad we are in an era where this is becoming more understood and more options for treatment. :) Are you working with a team to navigate?

Our situation is much better. Friends are proving to be better than family. It's sad on one hand and wonderful on the other. We already know who the real ones are from losing everything, so no one can fool us when we gain everything later. It's a bittersweet thing.

We have a safe place to be for a few months while we navigate our housing/RV situation and have a solid plan. Thank you so much for checking in regarding this!

We are getting to a point where things are more manageable and though it's been scary, I would say overall we've gained more than we lost and I am getting stronger.

- Problem is if they didn't login in a few years or check the email they joined with... then those accounts may be lost forever. Accounts started auto-deleting after not logging in for a year, now it is 3 months. I lost a few of my mules, unfortunately, the one that had a lot of my alt items from that era was one of 'em. :x

I think the recolor idea is a great one. She has already done that a few times before, so that may happen!

I made sure to collect things I cared about in the initial run on here because I made a costly mistake on Gaia Online in 2003 that I paid for a while. :x

Already learned the lesson once and had disposable income at the time, so it worked out lol!

O man, I completely forgot about the accounts auto-deleting to prevent the servers from clogging up.
So many awesome stuff lost forever. :{

I need more than a room to house my collection. Just my art supply is a whole room on its own, and I have at least 10x that amount in books and comics. :}

I didn't know the time for inactive accounts to be deleted has been shortened from a year to three months I've gone on hiatus for that long before. Damn.
