You guys are making me want to travel. I went to the park today—does that count? The weather was nice.
I heard cruises are very smooth sailing; its hard to get seasick. Don't know how true that is, though.

Yep! The park counts! You went from A to B and it doesn't matter how far the points are~~
How was the park??
And nowadays cruises are pretty smooth. (unless you're on a dodgy ship, or in a storm with crazy waves!!) There is a lot of research which goes into keeping the cruise smooth ~

We went to Mexico and the Cayman Islands. We didn't do much in Mexico because we were scared of getting left behind. But the Cayman Islands were great! We went to a turtle sanctuary and got to hold baby sea turtles, we swam with grown up sea turtles, and then we went to the beach and swam there too.
Best day evar.
Well we don't drink a whole lot and I don't think that it would have been worth the cost. So we just got a few drinks.
I want to go so bad. I guess it depends on where we decided on going or how long we'd stay if we'd get one. I'd love to be able to stay there for a couple months.
I guess I'll give it a try then. If I run across any.
They have a ton of different cruises. You should look some up sometime. See if you find any you like. Oh, be sure to do it on incognito mode though because if you look many times the price goes up. Same for flights.
Traveling is great. And going to the park is fun. It's super hard to get sea sick. The ship is enormous. Though I don't recommend wearing heels if you don't navigate them well. Because you will totally feel the difference.

The park was very relaxing. It was sunny out, and warm for winter, so we saw lots of people taking advantage of the weather. I'm home bound generally for disability reasons, so it's a nice change of pace.
Online pricing algorithms are so smart these days.

The closest park that isn't a playground is, oh, twenty minutes or so away. Driving
Letchworth is closer to an hour, but damn it's nice there

I'm glad!
I feel you on the not getting out due to disability thing. I've got that problem a lot. lol.
They really are.
There's not things other than a playground there? Like benches and stuff?

On a cruise all I would do is eat and swim probably.
Whoo, Disney! Disney Sea was really awesome. We don't have any theme parks in Sydney, only ones up on the gold coast. Plus, tickets were only ~$80 and we spent all day there. Lines were really long though despite it being a weekday >_< Park food was good.
I'll be surprised if people bring heels to a cruise. I imagine the usual attire to be shorts, singlet and thongs/sneakers + swimwear lol
Playgrounds are fun for their swings >u>;

That's what we did a lot of. lol. We ate, swam, went to shows, an art gallery on the ship, good times.
Sounds like a lot of fun. I'm hoping to go to a disney park some day soon.
Oh, they do. lol. There was a fancy dinner every night so you were supposed to dress nicely. Some people went all out. And lots of the women wore heels. The stiletto ones too. lol.
But tons of people just wore their swimsuits or just regular clothes.
My hips are too big to fit in most swings.

There was an art gallery on the ship???! WOW
I love classical art and in all honesty, I'm not a fan of modern contemporary.
Oh wow, was this fancy dinner package included with your cruise ticket? And by fancy to you mean a course menu? O: That sounds like so much trouble though. Dressing nice every night. I would the person in like a beach cover up and thongs with wet hair.
Well, swings are mostly designed for children so I'm not surprised. Even I don't quite fit and I'm a small human being.

Closest playground is ~15 minutes away
Also drive time
Basically, to get anywhere I have to drive
