I eat something. Usually something light and quick. Preferably something Savory as sweet things like fruit make my dreams jittery. :}

I try to avoid fruit then, it usually doesn't go well for my tummy and they don't hold the hunger for long. Unless it's a lot of grapes, then maybe I stand a chance XD Other thsn that, I just eat whatever. But I definitely can't not eat from 8 pm until I go to sleep, that's too long of a time gap for me.

i'm never that hungry enough before bed. so if i am, i ignore it. lol. its unhealthy to eat so late. xD

It's the time you are naturally inclined to wake up and go to sleep. Like some people are night owls, some people need 8 hrs of sleep while others are fine on just 6 hrs, some people need more than 8 naturally. You can try resetting your circadian rhythm but it takes time.

At least that's my understanding.
