My rhythm is something that took the people around me a long time to accept.
I'm good with 4-6 h of sleep, and are not tired till about 3am.
Only when I'm either sick, or my spoons are depleted do I need more and that is usually an hour long nap in the afternoon. :}

My rhythm is all out of whack lol. I just kinda read all night pft.

Meanwhile I prefer to stay up all night and sleep during the day for 8-10 hours uninterrupted XD but society has different standards so I try instead of going to bed at 1/2 am I max at midnight if not earlier. Usually at 11 pm.
My doggo makes my "preferably uninterrupted 8 hrs sleep" go to hell though, he wakes me up at 5 for breakfast and a walk. It's okay, I was ready for the commitment when I adopted him. But only now i'm realizing my 8 hours almost resets with every time I wake up.
I should probably try shifting my rhythm more... Maybe to even match my doggo's. Need to think about it.

If I had a reason to wake up at a certain time, i would try to normalize my sleeping schedule lol.

Don't you go to work though? Or am I mixing something up? XD

That’s what I mean. When you have some regular habits, then most things normalize.

The weather report has been calling for tornado warnings. Funny thing, it’s around several other cities around mine….with the exception of my city. Pft. It’s like “warning in this and this city…but your city.” Lol. Even the news reports mention my city NOT being a part of the tornado warnings. Lol. I mean, it’s good news but still lol.

Unless you work shifts, then it's not that easy.
I was asking specifically about your situation though, 'cause you sounded like you personally don't have to wake up at a certain time. That's what confused me.

I went to bed at like 5am yesterday and I slept until 7pm. I felt so bad when I woke up. :(

Woah, 12 hours is a lot

i knowwww. usually when something natural happens, my city seems to be exempt from it. tornadoes? nope. wild fires? also nope. a common RAINSTORM? it rains every other place BUT my city. 8u and i have lake ontario RIGHT there, i would think i'd get somethinggg lol.
