They might be the signs of the storm incoming. I'm sure the flow will catch up soon.
If you're often irregular, how do you know if you're late?
Me on the other hand, I've always been very regular. But for the past few months I'm observing a shift, it's been coming a few days earlier. Idk why. But that's still pretty regular.

i use an app to track my progress lol. before, when apps and smartphones weren't a thing, i used a sheet of paper my doctor gave me that allowed you to mark off flows during the year and i'd just make copies to use. now, with smart whatevers and apps, its very easy to just get an app for it. so i mark down my progress there and make other little notes.

We've gotten a ton of rain recently. Our home has been through three hurricanes over the past fifteen years. I had my baby when I evacuated for the last really big one we had.

Oh yeah we’re fine lol. We don’t have basements to flood, there were a few puddles that didn’t go away until the next day but apart from that, we’re good lol.

I'm glad to hear that. ^-^ We can't build basements where I live. I've always wanted one lol.

Yeah I live in a townhouse unit so there’s a unit above us and units on either side.

Flooding is more likely if there’s less green areas lol. Green areas with soil would soak up water but if it’s all paved and concrete, water just runs over it lol.
