My entire neighborhood has flooding issues. Our sewers are from the mid 60's, and built for a lot less houses than that are currently connected to it. Everyone complaints to both housing and local government but no one wants to update them as that would cost too much. :}

ah that sucks. we have some rivers that overflow the embankments sometimes so that doesn't help. altho i think they're trying to redirect some water by creating manmade rivers and lakes and such.

Ah those times where moisture just makes everything worse for the temps.

It's usually 75 when it rains but the heat after it rains is something like 90-100 degrees. The humidity makes it so much worse :(

Rain is only good if it cools things down. Not when it increases humidity and gives us this muggy sticky heat.

It gets so bad out here that I can barely breathe when I'm outside. It's a love hate relationship because it's so good for some of the plants that grow here but humans hate it lol.

It's a bit cooler today.

Yeah when it’s that muggy kinda heat, you just kinda want to keel over.

It was supposed to be a bit cooler today as they had predicted mild rain. So I thought I could go out for the day. Now I have a headache as we had constant sun out. :}
