Similar weather here, it was supposed to be cloudy all over, but the sun was out a lot anyways.

I'd even brought an umbrella and my weather proof backpack. Luckily it was said it would be 21C so I had skipped the jacket, or I'd have sweated myself to death. :}

I really wish America would swap systems so I could understand what Celsius means lol.

yeah why does the United States have to stand so un-united against the rest of the world lol. why are they the only ones (i think) that are using Fahrenheit? XD i guess they're only united in the United States lol. xD;;

Honestly, I wish I knew. We're so far behind in everything sometimes. The people here are so mean, too.

Hi Jessi, you're welcome to join in
Both Fahrenheit and inch/feet/miles systems are so counter-intuitive. In Celsius, you start at the lowest of 0 degrees for freezing and go up to 100 for boiling temperature. Below 0 is freaking cold and above 100 is freaking hot. There's nothing to not understand. Meanwhile 32 °F = 0 °C; 212 °F = 100 °C WTH, why start at 32?
And the metric system is so much easier than the imperial stuff. It's based on tens and hundreds. It's so freaking simple. 1 cm = 10 mm, 1 m = 100 cm, 1km = 1000 m. And hey, your system is called IMPERIAL, from British Imperial, but you wanted independence from the UK. Why the fuck keep the imperial system then?
America makes no fucking sense to me the more I read/listen about it.
And when I hear about it, the states are so divided, instead of being united, it's ridiculous.

Metric is sooo much better I agree.
America is a wild place and I fear for the future often

To be completely fair, the whole world is messed up, not just America. But it's such a big player, very influential. It's hard not to judge the insanity that's going on there
