I’ve heard that if you put a cold ice pack on your head when you get a headache, it’ll actually ease the pain.

But yeah yesterday was probably low 20s and today is almost 30C

It's a bit cooler today, so I'm grateful for that. The night rains were a nice touch.

It’s a bit cooler today too. The door to the yard was open to let in some fresh air and there’s a bit of cool breeze.

I wish Ice packs worked on migraines, I'd buy a whole collection.
And here it's only getting warmer. It's not that I hate summer, I just don't like this ridiculous heat. :}

Well iunno if they do or not. I just heard that ice packs are good when your head is hurting lol.

I can't stand summer heat. Especially because where I live it's usually at least 40% humidity outside. It's 93 degrees outside and 54% humidity so it makes it feel like it's closer to 97 outside. :c

I’m sitting beside an open window and it’s so nice and cool lol. I’m so glad the temp is down.

We have an addiction to air conditioner and fans in our house lol. The house is so old that the air doesn't reach all the way to the very back of the house, so we had to buy a window unit to put in that room.
