We are in another heat advisory but the humidity isn't nearly as high as last time so I hope it feels a bit better. We have more storms coming this afternoon though.

Well it is wildfire season. So. I guess? None in my province but its bad enough that the smoke is getting carried off and affecting other provinces

It's SO HOT today.
There's a heat advisory. It's currently 92'F (33'C), with a heat index of 101'F (38'C). :mcdead:
This is a bit much even for me.

I'm sitting outside working in the shade. As long as I don't move, and stay out of the sun, I'm fine. But the second I get up to do a anything physical I'm drenched. :mcgloom:

I'm hoping that means that we're in for another thunder storm this evening. There's only a 20% chance, but here's to hoping!

We just got a multi-day flood watch for most of upstate NY. I know there are thunderstorms coming tonight but I guess we got more rain coming tomorrow and potentially over the weekend.

Exciting! Do you guys usually flood where you are? Or is it just an inconvenience for commuting?

Looks like the heat advisory is gone. It’s still warm but not as bad. I can’t wait for temps to drop even more tomorrow.

The town we live in doesn't typically flood because we are a bit more in the mountains, but a few towns that I travel near have some issues. I luck out because the highway is on high enough ground that it doesn't flood. The back roads are more risky which reminds me that Alex and I found a way to get to our place from MA that skips the backroads in the country side that have a risk of flooding. I should send that over so your trip is as smooth as possible.

I don’t think it floods all that much here? I mean maybe a little? My little yard might flood a little bit but bc there’s a garden, alot just gets soaked in.
