Went on a 4 hour train ride to see a friend, that was fun!

The train trip or the visit?
Personally I love travelling by train. Just lean back and either read a good book,take the time to do some writing or, do some handwork like embroidery/sewing. :}

I haven’t ridden a train in so long lol. Even tho I live right next to a train station.

If I lived any closer to a trainstation I would be traveling by train way more often than that I do now. :}

Still travelling by train is expensive lol.

Yeah trains are expensive here too.

I had to go into the capital and swap trains three times aha, honestly it really wasn't that bad, I much prefer public transport because like Dream-Baby said you can relax and chill out (:

There are cards here that give you a discount on train travel, but they only are worth it if you travel a minimum times a month. And as I need to take a bus to the trainstation it's just not worth it.
Still I'm looking for traintravels abroad that will make it all worth it. :}

Yeah I think we have that hear, like if you transfer from one public transport to another, you either get a discount or like you can just transfer for free. I’m not too sure about trains but I think some bus and subway systems have it.

I'd love to use a subway. I've been on a train but never a subway. or a big boat. I also haven't been on a plane!
