I'm not certain. I was fairly certain I've had it before without problem, but now I'm like 'did I also have a reaction then but because it was an oven dish (hotter) I simply did not notice??'
So for now I can only assume that eating eggplant is not smart.

I see. Well I always think that ppl with allergies miss out on certain foods that are so delish. I can’t even imagine being allergic to a type of food.

I have so many food allergies, yet I am still surprised to discover a new one. :}

I’m so glad I don’t have any lol.

Looking at it from the positive side has helped me, I basically keep track of what I can eat instead of what I can't. :}

I have to check and see if there's grape fruit in all of my foods because it negates my medication. O_O

Yeah that’s a big problem these days. Like the meds my parents take also can’t have grapefruit or similar fruits. No more pomelo for me lol. Unless I eat it all.

I don't mix well with onion, which sucks because I really like onion. Wicked brainfog and body aches.
