Mine is not a lot of paperwork, it's just useless paperwork nobody is never gonna read. Which makes it even worse.

The paperwork I deal with tells me what parts I need to do the job I'm assigned for the day
Or jobs, if I'm assigned more than one job

Then at least is useful...
I just have to fill plenty of forms, reporting every modification I make to the original teaching plan.
Which are plenty, because we are supposed to make individual modifications to the plan for each student who has any kind of issue (such as ADHD, any kind of autism, etc.) and for all those who don't pass their tests (even if the reason is as simple as that they do not make the effort).
And they relate to different laws, some new and others not so much.
They are a pain in the ass to write. And they do not make any difference - the actual modifications are worth it, the paperwork is useless.

Sometimes there is a point to paperwork and then other times it's just there to punish you. I hate that part.
Ooo. You know what really annoys me? When you apply to a job and they make you fill out all this individual information and then also make you input a resume. I'm like the info is all on the resume you buttheads! Just read the freaking resume!

Oooh that annoyed me so very much when I was applying for jobs. What is the point of wanting us to attach our resume or vice versa.

I'd rather just do a resume. It's a lot easier to attach a file than it is to fill out a million little boxes.

Ugh yeah job applications where you can’t fill out certain sections and then you’re like “so i can’t answer this question, what do you want me to say?? How do i even fill this out now?”

Job applications are almost insulting.
Resumes are for giving the employer all the information they may need about me - and which I consider appropriate, cause there is stuff I may or may not include and that's my prerogative.
Job application forms is their way of saying they are not bothering reading your resume unless it fits certain requirements which also they are not making public.
