Overall, I like the change. I think it looks pretty good, and it's nice to have more direct links. I also think it's cool that less of the avatar gets hidden. The animated butterfly is a nice touch too.
But, I am definitely not a fan of the drop downs on the menu. I find menus like that annoying on every site that uses them. Because while I can get to the link I want if I take my time, I really have to slow down my mouse movements to make it work. I can deal with it. But, I really wish you would consider using a vertical drop down instead.
Also, menus where some of the items have sub menus and some are just links are a pet peeve of mine. It's not that big a deal, but the part of me that likes to see things well organized gets a bit uncomfortable when a set is made up of different types of elements.

Love. Lots.
Around the time the changes went into effect, I got a material in the forums and just loved how the pop-up's look reflected the site's new look. And NOW I see that the Knuffel-sig images ALSO got changed to match the new green, foresty look. OMGWTFSOCUTEDESUNE~

Actually, I love the colors and the new logo, I just think the regular font of everything at the top is boring, could the font be changed to look like the font used to write Kingdom of Knuffel?
Also, I have a very BIG screen, could you make a big screen option one day? I'm fine with a big logo.

Hey, I've got to say, I'm liking this new layout! Green is my favorite color and that moving butterfly makes me smile. I actually prefer this to the old one! :D

Just a heads up, Ctrl + F5 doesn't work for me xD for me it's Fn + F5 o-o so some might be that xD I have a Dell Laptop though that's a Windows 7 :3

I personally prefer this layout and I think it is looking great. The navigation is now made so much easier as compared to previously (liking the drop down menu for sub categories, though you might want to space out the top and bottom a bit more as it looks a little squashed).
A minor problem I have are the white words on the branch dashboard. They are a little difficult to look at as they seem all over. I can see that you are trying to place them according to the twist of the branch, but it's distracting. Having them in a straight line or confining them in a badge-like border might make looking at them easier. Although, as I said, it's just a minor thing. I can still navigate with it. *laughs*

Thank you for the new layout! :D I was very surprised when I got to KofK tonight since it was a burst of green. ^^ It reminds me of spring.
I like how it's much easier to get to certain places without having to go through another page first. :) I'll probably have to get used to going to "Community"-->"Forums" though. XD I keep clicking on "Avatar" lol.
I think I agree with Xae about the white words on the branch dashboard. If you put them all in a straight line however, I'm not sure how that would work out... ><
