I have way too much time on my hands at work so I get on and refresh for a bit. I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do when I get my daily and weekly things done tomorrow as I got one of my monthly tasks done earlier than expected this month and my other one I don't like to start until after the 20th since it takes me less than a week to do.

Oh man I am so done with this weather here! It went from nice and summery to cold and snow flurries mixed with rain to just dang windy and cold. I was wearing short sleeves and flip flops last week!

Also people in my state are complaining because our governor might extend the shelter in place order.

I'm jealous of your backyard.
All I have is a balcony facing the highway.

And when this is all over it's probably going to be Summer already and Summer is so deadly I usually avoid going out. I don't like getting heat exhaustion or whatever it's actually called.

xD i have a balcony too. but i also share a room with my sister so our beds actually block the way out to the balcony so i can't really get out to it. xD hahah.

yeah, the fact that we sometimes just skip right over spring and go straight to summer...le sighhh~

We had the sofa partially blocking it but we reorganized a month ago. It's a lot nicer to be in living room now, more light. (especially since I cleaned the windows ^^)
Now I need to put some flowers in there.

We've got rainy season in between, which is at least bearable. When it ends though it's another story. It's humid heat all the time with typhoons in between.

my room isn't that big so its practically impossible to reorganize the beds hahah. so no balcony access pft. oh well.

wait, typhoon season? you wouldn't happen to be in the Philippines, would you? i have a friend who lives in there and she tells me all about her seasons. which only number around two: scorching hot and rainy/typhoon season. xD;; a few years back, she went on vacation with her fam to North America and one of her stops was Toronto where i live (i live on the outskirts but still close enough) and i spent the day she was in the city to show her fam around, taking touristy photos (which they insisted i join them in lol). she came in november and her entire fam complained of the cold, even after i warned them to layer up hahaha. it was only around 8-10 degrees which is like considered MILD in november but they froze. XD;; luckily, i bought a pair of canadian olympic inspired mittens and her dad immediately stole them from her to wear them HAHA.

Nope, I'm French but living in Japan, Tokyo actually. So we've got the proper four seasons+rainy season+typhoon season.

But yeah, I've heard Canada's brutal. I'm used to minus 10 degrees where I'm from but depending on the wind 8-10 can be awful.

We had the wind too! It blew through upstate new york and massachusetts. A couple of my friends in massachusetts lost power. For us a lot of trees just lost some branches then the sky started down-pouring out of nowhere during the afternoon.

Wow going from the heat in the Philippines to Toronto in November is drastic.

Yes! I'm in Massachusetts and the towns all around mine lost power yesterday. There were trees and branches down everywhere today, it was scary.

Yeah. One of my old friends lives in Great Barrington MA and she lost power. My friends in danvers and peabody kept theirs but they honestly they thought they were gonna lose it.
