I was doing about 100 a day, 5 sets of 20~ About the same with situps. Maybe I should go back to 30 minutes of cardio and changing the situps to crunches~

I was mixing them up with Marine pushups and Diamonds~ Marines, you lie on your stomach and put your hands directly under your shoulders with your elbows tucked in~ And Diamonds, you form a diamond with your thumb and index finger... actually it kind of more looks like a spade on a deck of cards... but that goes around your sternum. Keeping your feet together makes them a lot harder~

It is at first, very hard. I could only do 5 Marine pushups (almost said Marines... but that is totally setting myself up for a perverted quip back from you... :D)

And only 2 diamonds... but keep at it and you can do more!

Which is about the time you texted me~

I went around 2 and woke up at 6 and laid in bed until 8... I wasn't sure when you'd wake up so I refrained from texting you... 4 hour time difference kind of sucks~

There were a few times that I've talked on Skype all night, it was with my ex... I think she was really the only person I'd ever called. No wait, I did talk to a few friends from Australia through Skype~

I've got to stop thinking about my ex... I start thinking of the good times we had and I start to miss them and her. I think I need to focus on the bad times and the hard times and the things about her that I didn't like. I think I am over her for the most part but I do seem to be having relapses where I think about her and start to miss us... it's such a pain!

I told you that you can text me whenever, too... you won't disturb me. If I am asleep I won't respond and if I am falling asleep, I will probably read it and if I can come up with a reply, I will, if not, it will get answered in the morning, or whenever I wake up~

I know a little, but why's that? How'd she crush them? You can text me that if you want~

Are you getting the proper nutrients that you need? Cause if you aren't, that could be the cause of your feeling of starving.

I think the longest we chatted on skype was like 16 hours? She called me when she woke up and we just talked and talked and talked. I don't even remember everything that we talked about but it was highly enjoyable~

I talked to three friends from Australia and I don't really talk to them anymore, though I talk to friends I made through them~ One of them is in Japan right now teaching English! Which is what I want to do! I should really practice my Japanese more.
