Lots of people cut whiskey with other stuff. Cola or water. That way the flavor isn't as strong.

My husband doesn't like it either. He is a rum man. Lol.

You can make a party of it. Invite some friends, try booze.

Vodka is too strong for me, and I'm a Pole, lol. But I'm also tiny and generally dislike taste of all kinds of alcohol. I prefer sweet wines, mead and ciders X3

I'm Lithuanian (mostly) so I love my vodka XD

I'm German, Bohemian, Irish and Scottish and I don't like the taste of alcoholic drinks.

You gotta get fancy vodka if you're going to drink it by itself. Otherwise it's way too harsh.

I like Grey Goose when I'm feeling super fancy. If I'm mixing I go with Smirnoff.

As I am half Russian I also like Vodka :D I don't like to mix it though. I like it pure, but as you already said, it has to be a good one for that :D

I've loved beer since I tried it. I think I had my first sip with 12 :D
And yes, I like the smell, too.
I actually like all kinds of alcoholic beverages :) Mostly beer and wine though. Longdrinks can be nice, too. But I kind of stopped drinking cocktails. I still like the taste, but a) you undererstimate their effect on the next day and b) there are too many calories

I don't like alcohol much anymore. Like I still do like cider but ehh alcohol can make my depression worse.

I already have weird impulse control. I don'tn want to make it worse.

i have no idea about how to mix drinks or what drinks go with or anything so cocktails are prolly the way for me to start
