Ya can't use cheapo vodka for the straight up. Lol.
Is loving beer at 12 a good thing or a bad thing? Oh my. Hope it was just like oh man, I'm gonna like this when I'm an adult.
What's a longdrink? I love cocktails.
Cocktails can be complicated to make. But as long as you follow the instructions you should be good. There are a ton of cocktail recipes on pinterest. You should check it out. Though keep in mind, cocktails are often a LOT stronger than they taste. So be careful on how many you try at a time.

Well, I'm a German who hates beer, so I think we make a good team ;)

I've loved beer since I tried it. I think I had my first sip with 12 :D
And yes, I like the smell, too.
Interesting :D I haven't even tried many beers, usually the smell puts me off already way too much.

We say that Gin Tonic, Vodka Energy etc. are longdrinks, so 1 part booze + 1 part soda.
Cocktails are really easy if you follow the instructions :) I also have experience with that :)
My parents were fine with me trying beer when I was 12, I started "drinking" when I was 15 (beer & wine are legal in Germany starting with 16). As I said, I just had a sip of beer here and there :)

@Chriz: I also dislike beer, but that may have something to do with my dad being an alcoholic, when he drank, he really smelled of beer and I hated that smell XD But also, as I said, I'm a taster, beers usually have the bitterness I dislike. Though I've never really mixed it with any syrup like some women do, to see if that makes it better.
I don't see the appeal of drinking something that doesn't taste good, and why teens like to get drunk is beyond my comprehension, the state isn't fun at all. People are stupid XD
@Julez: That's a pretty nice law, at least your teenagers start small XD But I think if that was the law also in Poland.... we'd have more tragedies going on, teens chug alcohol like ambrosia over here, even though the might be underage

And not only teens, for that matter...

Ahhh. I just call that kind of drink a mixed drink. lol.
I'm glad it wasn't a sad story of childhood alcoholism.
Syrup mixed with beer? I've never heard of that. I've heard of some cocktails including beer but never put syrups right in it. Interesting.

Naaa don't worry, aaaaall good :D I am not that attached to alcohol, not at all. I like a drink here and there, but that's it.

I have to admit that I drunk a lot when I was a teenager (since I was 14 years). But it was a thing at that age. Everyone was doing it and thanks to my sister most of the parties were frown at my house so inevitable I also drunk
Now I hardly ever drink, maybe a Gin or a Campari Orange from time to time, but I found out I don't really like the taste of alchool.
