I'm torn about the anime.
I want to see it.. but at the same time I know it's gonna be like all the other anime they've been releasing lately, only one season just to sell more of the LN and Manga.. =A=

I mean, yeah they are good and all but where is my variety?!

It's a slice of life world building type. It's slow and cute.. some adventure. Basically you're watching this kid live his life.

He's Reincarnated/Transferred to this world and told to live the way he wants, so he really has no actual goal other than his slime research.

Slow shows with no end goal... or no end goal shown yet (8 LN volumes and no end goal)... it's more than likely that this anime is just a 12-13 episode advertisement for the novels. Just like In Another World With My Smartphone. QnQ

If the anime does well, it's possible it can get another season, but it's doubtful.

Well, here's to hoping it lives on! You never know.
