Ah, that explains it then, so that achievement probably won't be actually out for a long time coming. 
Though I've gotten a good amount of achievements thus far. :3 *shakes fist at the five eggs one*

Took me over a year to get the 5 egg nest. I felt terrible for my sister. She got the 5 egg nest a little after they shut the achievements off. :( So she still has to get it.

really?...that indeed sucks, hope they count it for her...and the people who wants to get it while they are down XD...any of you want a dragon?...I'm selling some but, even when they are 3kt no one wants them...even coatls!

Currently I'm not looking into getting more dragons, I'm working on getting that 1st gen pair breed changed and gened up. I'm almost close enough to get the first breed scroll I need, but I've also been buying genes for my other dragons so that I can sell them for a bit more, and if they don't sell I train and exalt them. :3

The only achievements that rolled over where the item ones. As long as you still had the items in your hoard. :<
It sucks. I think some of the achievements are still a little bugged as well.
