I don't know 100% the specifics but my mom used to tell me if you ate nothing but sugary sweets all day you'd get a major migrane, so that'd be about my guess as to what they are talking about, I personally would rather skip the headaches and migranes all together.

I get sick from sugar before that anyways because I'm so used to having diet like everything because of my parents that normal amounts of sugar can make me sick.

LOL Any number of excesses can cause the exact symptoms that I've been told is the classic booze hangover. I get them from many things. This last one was from a late nighter on subtitled cartoons. Yes. I got sick from it. Yes, I am a dork. No, I regret nothing. XD
