I am changing the topic but my work is currently looking for new part timer, they're starting at the same salary as me when I already got a raise and a salary higher than people who started after me and who deserve more.
So I plan to straight up ask the boss if we're getting a raise too or if I have to start a revolution among the part timers.

FCs have gone incredibly crazy.
That's why I hope that Firn's auctions deplete some users FPs and we don't play those crazy ammounts for FCs anymore.
One can dream :D

Wait, why would they do that?
It's not common for employers to raise a salary without any reason...

Simple. People just won't work for minimum wage. So they have to raise the starting hourly pay, except the current part timers are still at minimum wage (except me and the leader of the cleaning staff).

BUT now they're looking for new staff and new hires would be hired at the same hourly wage as me when I will have to train them and, let's face it, do the work of several people already. And even worse, the newly starting cleaning staff would make more than their leader who, let's face it, does the work of several people as well.

So I'm waiting for an answer from my boss as to whether they intend to raise our wages or if I have to quit and raise hell while doing so.

I just bought a few new sets from Rika with those new tails and wings and stuff. Spent like…400kplus probably. 8u
Nopeee, i have more than enough, i still have around 30pluss keys even after buying 3 separate sets lol. XD

My wishlist is very small. And doesn’t include commons. XD if it did, it’ll be too much to handle. XD

I didn't realize at first the opening the window again was getting another item because I couldn't remember what day I've already done yet lol.

I hope you get a raise, because that is so unfair.

Similar story, when I worked at my bank job, I was making above minimum wage. A year and a half later they hired new people (that I trained). It wasn't until our yearly raise that I mentioned I got a generous raise that year that I found out it was so I would be making the same amount as the new hires =| I literally trained people who was making more money than me doing a lot less than me (whenever someone quit I took over their work).

That's unreal!
You should quit and tell them to re-hire you

Well...I never really looked at the chat yet. I don't mind the doubles. Was planning on getting at least a second set lol.

It's because they really needed new employees and they realized the pay isn't really drawing in potential new hires. (at least in my experience)
