I always get sick when it's too hot/been in the sun too long, and normally I know how to avoid it.

I always bring water out with me just in case. Cuz you never know.

In my case it's not so much that I get dehydrated but more that my optic nerve gets overstimulated by the overabundance of sharp light. :}

ah is that so? i don't think that's happened to me. that and bc i have transitions, my glasses go dark when there's sun. XD
