I don't get in bed until 10.
That's my schedule.
I don't like to break my schedule because it results in anxiety and no sleep.

It's easy to mess up your schedule. I took melatonin last night to help me sleep since the night before I went to sleep really late and got up late; so I wasn't tired.

I hate unplanned occurrences.

I just go to sleep whenever I feel tired which happens to be around the same time. Some days I stay up later.

I get really obsessive about "normality" and when things aren't normal, I get upset.
Also I get obsessive thoughts and anxiety.
I never used to be this way, it just magically appeared xD

I get what you mean. It does suck. Stepping out of your comfort zone does help some.
