Thanks ;-; I did hear about that. I think I'll be fine as I often have my ventolin with me and I've been taking my antihistamines again to prevent my flare ups.

Do you have a spacer too?

I bought one a month ago? haven't had to use it yet but it's there in case I need my puffer anyway.

I'll be waiting a good few hours.

Aven if he finished on time, it's nearly 7:30pm, if he finished on time he'd be home about 10:30pm.

I'm making a pot of tea though and then around 8pm I'll have dinner

No, I haven't carried a spacer in 15 years. Sorry, it's not Ventolin anymore. I have a new one. Lets see, it's Bricanyl. I don't think you can take this one through a spacer as it's the turn and click one not the press to dispense kind.

It's good to have it as a precaution. I carry it all the time because so many things set me off.

What's wrong mem?

ooh isn't that a stronger one?

I at least carry my puffer with me. If I knew I was out for a good while and there was a storm about I guess I'd pack my spacer in case, it's small. Same if I had a job too, have it with me.

@River: Let's hope he'll finish on time.

I'm hungry but can't really eat, stressed :mcgloom:

@Poshi: Okay, maybe hectic is a bad word, but I'm stressed out. I'm supposed to defend my thesis this Thursday. One of the reviews isn't there yet. I have no idea what to expect or how to pepare myself, and the closer to the date, the worse I feel (even as bad as thoughts about just dying and stuff). I sent an e-mail to my supervisor with a few questions, but he's slow and I don't expect any answer tbh.
And yesterday I got a letter from the police station that on Friday I'm supposed to witness in some case I have no idea what it's about, but it's about economic crime so I suppose it's about the company I work in. But they don't know about any cases, and when I called the sergeant, he wasn't there and I'm supposed to call tomorrow to find something out. And I don't even know if he can tell me what's the case about. My boss can't figure out if he should inform the management about it or not, because we don't know what's the case about and if it even concerns the company.
The police station is far away and I don't like going unknown places alone, I get lost easily. We don't know if we should take our lawyer with me or not. Plus I don't believe I have any relevant information anyways, for anything, because clueless mem is clueless and she doesn't pay much attention to her environment...

So in conclusion, I'm nervous AF about 2 tiny things, because everything is crazy, not on time and close to each other and I'm freaking out because that's just me -.- Ugh, good thing I'm having my therapy today. I'll burst out into tears again :qg:

@River
Stronger, I don't think so. More effective, yes. When you use your lips as a seal around the nozzle and take a breathe in to lower the pressure, it results in less medication being lost to the surroundings and more to reach your lungs. Mine are steroid free. Luckily my asthma isn't THAT bad. You're usually on the steroid one if you go through 100 doses a month. I've been using 400 over the span of 8 months now and I still have some left in the 2 I have at home (one in my bag, one on my desk).

@mem
That sounds pretty stressful :s Take some deep breathes, you sound really nervous. Not good with presentations?

They probably only want a witness statement which would be "I don't know anything lol." I think that usually happens. Probably take the lawyer just in case. I think you should take things one step at a time, as they come. *fans mem
