HR is literally just one person, LMAO. And my bosses know it, my manager knows it, every-fucking-one knows it, including my coworkers, because I complain about it a lot, and mention it whenever I ask for a damn raise. I'm well aware that the only way I'm ever getting paid fairly is if I fuck off and find a job somewhere else. My pay is basically raised by 1-2% (if I get a raise), but it would have to be raised something like 20% to put me on average. :/


And I only have 116 Troth Tokens. I can never make enough to have a buffer, and sometimes can't even get the monthlies. TT^TT
