I want boys, as if that wasn't clear enough from my name choices XD Although we grudgingly started to make back-up girl plans because everyone on both sides of our families has had a girl first before they had any boys. In the face of such statistics, we can't run from the truth.

That's kinda cool that you don't mind, @Popo. It's almost like cosmic balance where the universe had someone to make childless and it picked you because you're okay with it. I often think that way about my fibro because I can work around it really well, so if it had to be someone, I guess I'm a good choice rather than someone who would feel their life was ruined by it.

Since I'm Catholic I do personally believe it was God's choice, and I have peace with it c:

Which is indeed very balanced towards people that do wish for a child and get the news they can't conceive. Although in that regard I always think of adoption for people that do really want to raise a child. Or surrogacy, when you think of it there are plenty of children in need and ways for people to become parents without carrying a baby themselves

I've been thinking a lot about adopting and fostering. I read about these amazing people who foster like 30 kids through their lives. Like fostering them properly and bringing them up to where they consider them their own kids, not the kind of foster parents who give zero shits. I'd actually love to do something like that if my original plans don't work out.
