Kingdom of Knuffel

I actually own a lot of those old books already...
*is a serious bibliophile (though it's more of an addiction than a love for books)*

A few of my friends offered their bookcases as libraries though, so I'll probably do that since they have a ridiculous amount of books as well and like the same genres. (why do public libraries hate fantasy and sci-fi?)

:O YEA I NOTICED THAT TOO! I can never find a good fantasy/sci-fi books in libraries. The best ones I found where in bargain bins in bookstores

I love sci fi and fantasy, and there's this annual event where you can buy new books real cheap because there's tiny flaws in them making them unsellable to stores so they get sent there (like a crooked corner or such that make stores send them back cause they're damaged goods (even if some of the stores I've seen have books in worse conditions))
So usually I save up and buy my books there and the rest of the year via internet after I've saved up a bit and when a few of my wanted books get discounts...


It took me ages to find some of my favourite childhood books (our library sold them! The only really good scifi/fantasy books for kids they had! I despair for the future *dramatic swoon*) and some old books I remembered liking in the library (the only good ones they had were OLD and no longer sold in stores so I had to track them down when our library removed them from their catalogue).

IM BACK I FINISHED THE DAMN MIDTERM AND KILLED IT -dances-

yes, i'm here again~ I haven't been able to post in hangouts and have conversations for several days since I've been busy getting ready for my trip! but for the end of this week and next week I'm gonna try to post a lot more before I disappear for like 3 weeks, haha.

I'm glad you think your midterm went well! especially since you thought you wouldn't do so well prior to taking it... it's always a nice feeling when you feel confident about how you did on a test after taking it.

I haven't exactly packed yet, since I have to get a new suitcase, and I'm planning on getting that on tuesday. I've been shopping and organizing stuff I should bring... I've also been helping to clean the entire house!

did you manage to study a lot (and not get too distracted by kofk)? xD
