do you have any Gatorade crystals or the like, kitalpha? pedialyte or whatever it's called is good, too. i usually find it at drug marts.

Today is red nose day. I don't have one for rl, but I can do one for kofk.

I dont like the vitamin water stuff either. Blech

It's a whole brand of flavored water and it is worse than well water that reeks of rotten eggs
