Hi!
The free items are not announced in any way except a pop-up that shows up when they are available an you spend some time browsking KofK. So no pms or notifications. If you check up on Kofk at least every other day and browse a little you shouldn't miss it :). subscribing to this thread also helps, because users post here once they spot a new item

I found one of these items few days after I came back.

Nan; they do have such unique items! but collecting them was a pain in the arse lol.
